Executive Body Meeting

A Committee Meeting of the Nahata High School Alumni Association was held online through a Google link on 14 April 2026 at 8:30 PM, with the participation of 15 Executive Committee Members.

The following resolutions were unanimously adopted at the meeting:

1. A new Executive Committee will be constituted at the AGM. The new committee shall comprise 20–24 members selected from among the 117 members of the Association, ensuring adequate representation from all batches. Executive Committee Members shall be required to attend every Executive Committee Meeting. Any member who remains absent for three consecutive meetings shall cease to be an Executive Committee Member. Efforts shall also be made to ensure that at least one Executive Committee Meeting is held each year at the Association's Office Room located within Nahata High School.

2. A proposal shall be placed before the present Headmaster of Nahata High School inviting him to accept Honorary Membership of the Association.

3. A written request shall also be submitted to the present Headmaster on behalf of the Association seeking official allotment/recognition of the room presently being used by the Association. This will facilitate updating the registered address of the Association accordingly.

4. On behalf of the Association, a written application shall be submitted to the School Managing Committee and the present Headmaster requesting that a portion of the boundary wall in front of the memorial of our respected former Headmaster Late Satyendra Chandra Naha be opened and fitted with a grills so that the memorial remains visible from the road, enabling visitors and members of the public to pay their respects conveniently.
